We also introduced Authen townhomes, targeting the Middle Class with properties priced around 7-15 million baht, designed for privacy and comfort. Our luxury segment grew with The Obsidian, featuring pool villas and private elevators, enhancing our reputation and attracting diverse customer groups.

In 2019, we rebranded as AKRA, marking a significant step towards international expansion.
