Land and Houses Public Company Limited, often referred to as Land and Houses, is a prominent real estate company in Thailand. Established in 1983 by Ms. Piangjai Harnpanij and her son, Mr. Anant Asavabhokhin, the company has grown significantly over the decades. It was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1991. As of the end of 2019, Mr. Anant Asavabhokhin and his family were the largest shareholders, holding 30.73% of the company's shares.
